February Temple trip

It was a cold morning, even when we got out but it was beautiful! Our numbers were smaller as sickness seems to be in the air this month. Hope to see you next month!

January Seminar: Brother and Sister Blotter

Brother and Sister Blotter were our seminar speakers on January 25. They spoke about their mission and the wonderful people that they had met there. One of the women that they had helped while there had given them a beautiful needlepoint picutre she'd hand made. Quit an accomplishment for this elderly women.

Best way to start 2009...Temple trip!

A temple trip I will remember for awhile....we got to the temple 5 minutes short of time for the 9:40am session so everyone started doing other temple work while waiting for the 10:30am session. I was walking off the long ride in the back of the chapel when the room got fuller and fuller....we almost didn't get everyone in the session as it filled up quick. The room holds 54 people. The cool thing is by this point we have done between 50-55 endowments. To look around the room and see that many people and think this is how many souls we have helped...that was amazing to think about!
